• We ship both locally and worldwide (Excludes areas suspended by USPS)
• Shipping to Germany is available, but customer is responsible for any additional VAT fees

• Addresses are imported into shipping labels directly as written
• Orders that are returned due to incorrect or insufficient address must repay postage to be reshipped (depending on inventory)
• Refunds due to incorrect or insufficient address will subtract postage fee

• Gold plated is a thin gold finish over a base metal, whether that be a mix of alloys, brass, or stainless steel
• All base metals available are hypoallergenic; (dependent on your allergies) nickel and lead free
• Our 304 stainless steel base metals contain 8-10% nickel which are only micro amounts common in stainless steel

• Gold filled is a thicker gold finish (usually 5 microns) over a base metal, whether that be copper, brass, or stainless steel

• 925 Sterling Silver is a metal alloy with 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper
• Sterling Silver does naturally tarnish, but can be easily cleaned with the provided microfiber cloth that comes with each order

• All quality of the crystals and gemstones are written in each item's description
• I offer synthetic, man-made, dyed, and natural beads
• The gemstones naturally fade over time in direct sunlight and/or prolonged water exposure
• All gold accents, floral bead caps/spacers, are gold plated

• All bracelets are made with an elastic strand. They are pre-stretched and can fit a 6.5-7 inch wrist (XS-S).
• Metal bracelets and necklaces that are made with an adjustable chain will add an additional 3 inches for length preference

• Bracelet designs are made to one size to keep the design uniform
• Bracelets can be made smaller or larger on request, but item design may change.

• Yes! For clip-on, leave a note at checkout. The stud will not be the same as the original design and is subject to change on availability. I offer screw back and resin clip ons. If you're unsure, contact me first!
• Screw back and resin clip ons are typically ball studs and will replace the design.

• Custom orders can be requested through email at tracy@ngocnovelty.com
• Prices will vary depending on the customization and will reflect current market prices for silver and gold
• Customizations can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks
• Custom metal upgrades can also be requested through email and are based on availability

• Many of the jewelry pieces dainty, so it is recommended to remove before sleeping to prevent jewelry breakage
• Gently clean the items with the soft microfiber cloth provided
• When not in use, store items away from moisture and direct sunlight
• For longevity, avoid water, perfume, or other harsh chemicals.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. 

• Unfortunately, due to COVID and for sanitary reasons we will not be accepting any returns
• Refunds and replacements are available only for items that are damaged during transit
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after
