Shipping Cost

  • All shipping rates are determined by weight, with a handling fee
  • Domestic (US only) packages will range from $3-5, depending on location and weight
  • Free US Shipping is available for orders over $50
  • International packages will range from $10-15, depending on location and weight
  • All items are tracked and sent as a First Class Package through USPS

Shipping and Processing Times

  • All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days of purchase
  • Once processed, domestic shipments within the United States will arrive in 2-5 business days (subject to delays due to the Holiday Season)
  • International shipments may take 4-6 weeks to arrive (subject to delays due to the Holiday Season))
  • Single item orders are securely packaged in jewelry boxes so that items remain safe

Jewelry Quality

Gold Plated

  • My gold plated jewelry ranges from 14-18K
  • Gold plated is a thin gold finish over a base metal, whether that be a mix of alloys, brass, or stainless steel
  • All base metals available are hypoallergenic and nickel free
  • The items are durable with routine jewelry care

Gold Filled

  • My gold filled jewelry ranges from 14-24K
  • Gold filled is a thicker gold finish (usually 5 microns) over a base metal, whether that be copper, brass, or stainless steel
  • All base metals available are hypoallergenic and nickel free
  • The items are durable and are perfect with low maintenance care

925 Sterling Silver

  • 925 Sterling Silver is a metal alloy with 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper
  • Sterling Silver does naturally tarnish, but can be easily cleaned with the provided microfiber cloth that comes with each order

Crystals and Gemstones

  • All quality of the crystals and gemstones are written in each item's description
  • I offer synthetic, man-made, dyed, and natural beads
  • The gemstones naturally fade over time in direct sunlight and/or prolonged water exposure
  • All gold accents, floral bead caps/spacers, are gold plated

Jewelry Care

How should I care for my jewelry?

  • Many of the jewelry I create are dainty, so remove before sleeping to prevent jewelry breakage
  • Gently clean the items with the soft microfiber cloth provided
  • When not in use, store items away from moisture and direct sunlight
  • For longevity, avoid water, perfume, or other harsh chemicals.

Custom Sizing and Orders

I want an item, but I'm not sure if it will fit?

  • All bracelets are made with an elastic strand. They are pre-stretched and can fit a 6.5-7 inch wrist (XS-S).

Can I request a different size bracelet?

  • Bracelet designs are made to one size to keep the design uniform
  • Bracelets can be made smaller or larger on request, but item design may change.

Can I request clip-on earrings?

  • Yes! For clip-on, leave a note at checkout. The stud will not be the same as the original design and is subject to change on availability. I offer screw back and resin clip ons. If you're unsure, contact me first!

Do you take custom orders?

  • Custom orders can be requested through email at
  • Prices will vary depending on the customization
  • Customizations can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks

Returns and Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. 

  • Unfortunately, due to COVID we will not be accepting any returns.
  • Refunds and replacements are available only for items that are damaged during transit or within the first week (7 days) of arrival
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
